  1. How do I arrange a transfer from the airport to the Resort?
    Just send us an e-mail (minimum 24 hours prior to arrival). As soon as we have received a confirmation from the transfer company we will forwarded this to you including the costs

  2. How do I know if there is availability in order to make a reservation?
    Visit our website at click the button " check for availability" and insert the day of arrival and departure Click on the " book now" button for the required accommodation

  3. How can I request an extra bed / baby cot?
    Sent an email to: with the request of an extra bed and or baby cot ( fee is applicable)
    An extra bed is only allowed in our studios and 2-bedroom apartments

  5. At what age is a child considered an adult?
    Children of 13 years old we consider them as an adult

  7. Does the Resort provide half and full board?
    Yes we do. If you send us an email to we can provide you the information

  8. Is there a baby sit service available?
    Eden Beach resort provides babysitters. However a 24 hours notice is recommendable. Please send your request to (charge per hour max of 2 kids)

  9. What are the differences between the non-refundable and the seasonal rate?
    The difference is the booking condition.
    The non -refundable rate is cheaper however no possibility in modifications
    The seasonal rate does give you the possibility to modify (see our policy and conditions)

  10. Does airline staff receives any discount?
    Yes, airlines staff receives 10% discount on the room only.

    A copy of the airline ID is required

  11. What credit cards are accepted?
    Visa, Master card and Amex as well as Maestro
    For American Express we need the CVC code in order to charge the card and to confirm the room reservation

  12. What is the maximum amount of guests per room?
    On our website you will find next to the published available room types an icon that indicate the the max amount of persons per room
    Including a babies and small children

  13. Can I request a late check-out in advance?
    You can request a late check-out on the morning of your departure (upon availability only).

  14. What are the Check-in and Check–out times?
    Check-in time is at 3 pm
    Check out time is 10 am

  15. Does the restaurant provide any diets?
    Yes, our chef knows any type of diet and or allergy.

  16. How do I book a massage?
    Please send an email to Gift certificates are available as well.

  17. Is the Resort smoke free?
    All of our hotel rooms are smoke free. You are restricted to smoke on the balcony or terrace only. There is a fine of US$ 250.- if Housekeeping does encounter the room with smoke.
    The bar on the beach and the restaurant are in the open air so you are allowed to smoke.

  18. If I want to have a King size or 2 single beds how do I arrange this?

  19. Does the Resort provides a hospitality room?
    No unfortunately not

  20. Does the Resort have storage for luggage?
    Yes we do have this

    No unfortunately not
