Booking, Payment and Cancelation Policies

Direct and Special Discounted Rate bookings are non-refundable.
Only after receipt of full payment the booking will be confirmed.

For group bookings (5 or more rooms) all payments are non-refundable.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the moment of booking.
The booking is confirmed until full payment of remaining open balance is due.
The remaining balance of the total amount is due, depending on group-size, always at least one month prior arrival.

No-shows, late-arrivals, early check-outs and date changes, are non-refundable.

Groups can receive special discounts on room rates depending on availability, occupancy and season.
