Like in many other places in the world, the people of Bonaire enjoy the days around Christmas and New Year. Already in early November, many houses on the island are being decorated with colorful Christmas lights and a local merchant started to sell his real Christmas trees from Canadian origin before Thanksgiving Day.

Here at Eden Beach, we also have started to bring our resort in the perfect Christmas ambiance as you can see on this photo.

Celebrating the Holidays on Bonaire is an unique experience and very different from staying at home. First, of course, it is the weather! The endless summer of the Caribbean is also applicable to our small island. Beautiful days with bright sunshine, the average day temperature in the high 80’s (30  ͦC) and the cooling trade wind from the East make our island your home away from home.
